Class Schedule

6:30 PM:

In this class the students focus on control and improve their attention span and reflex skills. It's an opportunity for children to learn how to defend themselves and not be afraid to do so if they are ever left with no other alternative.

7:30 PM:

This class provides Adults and teenagers opportunities to gain experience and expertise in Martial Arts self-defense. Learning many combinations for many different situations. The class regularly Spars to test their newly improved skills.

8:30 PM:

This Class is for those that are very knowledgeable in the Ed Parker Kenpo system having memorized all the techniques and katas necessary to be able to be instructors themselves. It's a class to help perfect the Kenpo system and add new styles and techniques that improve the system.

Bill has a demo team that is available for functions, they have performed for many schools, church groups, and events like the Nihon Matsuri Japanese Festival. the students regularly compete in open tournaments around the valley.
